Tuesday, 25 June 2024 - 3.00pm

The final session in the twenty-fifth year of the monthly seminar run by the Cambridge Forum for Legal & Political Philosophy will take place on Tuesday, June 25th, at 3:00pm through Zoom. The seminar will be chaired by Leo Zaibert, who is the Andreas von Hirsch Professor of Penal Theory & Ethics in the Institute of Criminology.  For the reading, he has chosen P.F. Strawson's classic essay "Freedom and Resentment, which can be found on the DeGruyter site.  If participants from outside Cambridge do not have free access to the reader-friendly reproduction of Strawson's essay on the DeGruyter site, they can find a less reader-friendly reproduction on the UCL site.

The CFLPP seminar is open to anyone genuinely interested in legal and political philosophy, from Cambridge and beyond. If you wish to receive the Zoom invitation to the seminar, you should please send Matthew Kramer a request through e-mail (mhk11@cam.ac.uk). Please write from an institutional account rather than from a generic account such as Gmail or Hotmail.
