Research Title:
Comparative Research on Climate Law
Research Outline:
I. Knowledge System of Climate Law
Based on China’s Ecological Environment Code enacted in 2026, which pioneers a Green and Low-Carbon Development chapter, this part systematically explores the core contents of a climate law textbook, covering legal frameworks for climate change mitigation and adaptation.
